If you had visited Peckham Square last week you would have noticed a bright orange kiosk in front of the library. The kiosk was part of a project dealing with civil liberties, which was commissioned by Peckham Space. Artists Manu Luksch and Neal White produced work which both revealed and questioned the by-laws that regulate the public space of Peckham Square and asked us to consider our civil liberties in an increasing climate of surveillance.
